Welcome to True Souls Media LLP! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of True Souls Media LLP's Website, located at truesoulsmedia.com.
By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use True Souls Media LLP if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Booking and Payments
For wedding planning, photography, and event management services, a booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified in your contract (typically 50% of the total estimated project value).
All outstanding balances must be cleared in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement, generally prior to or on the day of the event. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables (including high-resolution photos, edited films, designs, and campaign data) until full payment is settled.
2. Client Cooperation and Deliverables
Clients are responsible for providing clear briefs, necessary event details, access permits to venues, and timely feedback during editing/planning phases. True Souls Media LLP is not liable for delayed deliveries resulting from client-caused delays or failure to secure venue permissions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, True Souls Media LLP retains the copyright for all visual materials (photos, films, audio) created during the service. We reserve the rights to use selected materials for portfolio showcase, website display, social media promotion, and marketing. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print, share, and display media deliverables.
4. Limitation of Liability
In the highly unlikely event of camera/equipment failure, file corruption, or severe illness preventing our creative directors or planners from attending, our maximum liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for that specific service. We will make every effort to find qualified replacements.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kottayam, Kerala, India.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our website or services after changes are made, you agree to comply with the updated terms.
