Refund & Cancellation Policy

At True Souls Media LLP, we strive to offer the highest quality creative services. Because our services require significant preparation, booking slots, equipment reservation, and creative labor, we adhere to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Wedding Planning & Cinematic Photography

  • Cancellations 30+ Days Prior: If the client cancels the booking 30 days or more before the scheduled event, 50% of the advance deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations Under 30 Days: If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled event, the advance deposit is entirely non-refundable as we would have blocked dates and refused other clients for the slot.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and may incur a rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs or prepayments made to sub-vendors.

2. Event Management

Advance payments made for event booking are used for venue reservation, decor material purchasing, and vendor booking. In case of cancellation, refunds of advance deposits will be subject to deduction of actual costs incurred and vendor non-refundable booking fees. Remaining balances (if any) will be refunded proportionately based on the cancellation date.

3. Digital Marketing Packages

  • Digital marketing services are billed monthly or on a project milestone basis.
  • Clients may cancel monthly packages with a 30-day notice. Payments made for the current billing month are non-refundable.
  • One-time setup fees or ad spend budgets already processed are strictly non-refundable.

4. Podcast Studio Rentals

Podcast session bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the booked slot are non-refundable.

5. Contact and Processing

All cancellation and refund requests must be sent in writing to our official email: [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the client's bank account or original payment method.
